Use 'Bind'.  Tehy're the same, 'bind' is there for backwards compatbility.
This and a few other commands were renamed to remove the possibility of
conflict when Alpha upgrades to newer versions of Tcl and to make code
maintenance easier for those of us who use some cdoe with both alpha and
Tk.
