Not surprising as it isn't related to TeX (except that Alpha is used by many people to edit TeX). Although I'm not the "you" in the original post, I'll chip in my $0.02 - I learned by looking at "Practical Programming in Tcl and Tk," by Welch, but the last half of the book is Tk so perhaps not a good investment if you only want Tcl. Also take a look at all the code that comes with Alpha, there's a fair amount of information if you stare at it long enough. There is a Tcl resource site somewhere on the web.
