(I think it is using the folder of the most recently opened file.) As far as I can tell, Alpha is using the built-in saveAs command. As such, I'm not sure I can fix it, but I'll try to take a stab at it sometime this week. (A crude workaround: click on the title of the file you want to 'save as' and pull down one item to the enclosing folder. This will give you an open file dialog in the correct folder. Cancel the open. Now 'save as' will save in the same folder as the original file.) -Rob
