Until we can get the list fixed/split, _please_ ask here (as you've done).

If, in TeX mode, you've got:

%%
 % Now is the
 % time for
 % all good men
 % to come to
 % the aid of
 % their country
 %%

you can't select from "the" to "good" and try to uncomment paragraph. For
that matter, you can't even select from "Now" to "country". You need to
select what the error dialog calls the "tail ends", i.e., the "%%" and "
%%" that bracket the paragraph.

Enable the supersearch package.
